Legal Agreements between OpenAI, Yella and users of Yella products
User Agreement
Unless explicitly stated in the Yella FAQ, users are bound by the OpenAI terms stated here. In addition to the inputs (prompts) provided by you for ChatGPT, the user permits Yella Applications to transmit and use the following user information:
- User Telephone Number sent via WhatsApp Cloud APIs (For WhatsApp only)
- Page Scoped User ID (PSID) sent via Messenger APIs
Acceptable Use
Yella uses the following information via Facebook APIs solely for the purpose of providing ChatGPT functionality to the user:
- User provided text inputs and voice memos
- (WhatsApp only) User telephone number so that the Yella service can associate past questions with the user's current input
- (Messenger only) User PSIDso that the Yella service can associate past questions with the user's current input
Privacy Policy
Yella servers securely store user information solely for the purpose of associating past inputs on the servers with the current user. This past history helps create a context for the current user question. Responses are delivered to the same users using the same IDs (telephone# or PSID). It will not be used to solicit any services or additional products from the users. It will also not be sold/transferred to any other service or company. It will not be used for any marketing purpose.
