Privacy Policy
Yella servers do not store any user data like name,email,tel#,... Yella stores user metadata like the device UUID & an APNS token (for push notifications) on its servers. The only purpose of this metadata is to provide app functionality. It will not be shared with anyone outside Yella. It will be stored securely on our servers and only can be seen/read by the user who provided it.

User Agreement
Unless explicitly stated in the Yella FAQ, users are bound by the OpenAI terms stated here. The user permits Yella Applications to transmit and use the following user information:
- SMS/MMS message sender telephone#
- SMS/MMS message body
Acceptable Use
Yella uses the following information via OpenAI APIs solely for the purpose of providing filtering functionality to the user:
- SMS/MMS message sender provided text input
- Sender telephone number
Privacy Policy
Yella servers do not store any information provided by senders. Additionally, this information will not be used to solicit any services or additional products from the users. It will also not be sold/transferred to any other service or company. It will not be used for any marketing purpose.
