On installing the Yella call Recording app, you can record 5 calls. Each recording can be of any length upto an hour long. After the 5 trial calls are used, you can purchase top-up plans for 25, 50 & unlimited recordings.
Yes-all call recordings and associated transcripts are stored securely on Yella servers. We retain recordings for 3 months. Links to these recordings are emailed to the user's registered email address. These links can be posted on blogs or stored in itunes. Please download the recordings if you wish to retain them longer than 3 months.
There are substantial fees for the server infrastructure we maintain 24x7 for the recorder. To maintain the highest security & reliability levels, we spend $$. Some of these costs are offset with your purchases.

All call recordings appear in the Listings tab of the app. Yella sends a notification when a recording becomes available. We also send the recording & the transcript via email to your registered address.
