Legal Agreements between Apple, Yella and users of Yella products
Unless explicitly stated in the Yella FAQ, users are bound by the Apple End User License Agreement that can be found here.. The ChatGPT service which responds to your queries is governed by this End User License Agtreement. In addition to the standard Apple & OpenAI EULAs, the user permits Yella iOS Applications to transmit and use the following user information:
- User Email Address
Yella transmits the following information from user's iOS devices solely for the purpose of providing ChatGPT functionality to the user:
- Audio generated by the user
- User email address so that multiple iOS devices can share the same payment plan for call recordings. This is also the email address where transcripts are delivered by default.
Yella does not store any user audio on its servers. The email address is stored only to provide ChatGPT functionality to users. It will not be used to solicit any services or additional products from the users. It will also not be sold/transferred to any other service or company. It will not be used for any marketing purpose.
